Yesterday at the Theatre of Tragedy gig in fenix, sittard (NL) we noticed that Nell and Raymond were pretty close..
We wondered if they had a relationship or something!?
Not that I know of

I might have been drunk enough to think that at the moment, though
To the band in general: the "loudness war" makes modern records sound very bad. Flat, lifeless, sometimes even weird or full of errors (FiTW is clipping like crazy!). What do you think about this issue? Are you aware of how much it destroyed the music on your recent albums? Or are you one of the people who honestly believe louder is better?
//I would love to hear/read opinions on that issue from as many band members as possible, not just Hein
Depends on the genre, but on more electronic stuff compression's good - dynamics bad.
@ Raymond: are ''Fair and 'Guiling Copesmate Death'', ''Bring Forth ye Shadow'', ''Der Tanz der Schatten'' and ''A Rose for the Dead'' about vampires? (they only make sense to me that way

)
Yup. There might be more to them than that, but I wouldn't be able to remember by now
To Raymond: Which of your lyrics are you most ashamed of in retrospect? (And why?)
Samantha, Crash/Concrete and my parts on Frozen. All written in a hurry, and totally uninspired
To Vegard: what does the K in your name stand for?
KVLT
Besides Automatic Lover, which songs have you never played live, probably never will and why?
Cayó el telón, ¡pero el mundo es para siempre!
I think we did play Automatic Lover each night on the Assembly tour
Songs we'll never play live are the ones we've never actually played live - which are too numerous to name.
To any bandmember:
What happened to Erik Torp? He didn't play on you last gig in Portugal.
He had to attend a wedding on Saturday, so we dropped him off at the airport after the Madrid gig.
Raymond,
I'll be straight:
Can we keep a hope to see You in Russia this year?
(We are crazy longing to meet all of you!!!)
I'll recall that the last time in 2007 in Moscow (14-15 Oct. - t'was one show) ToT began playing late at night, from there half or bigger part of fans had no time to wait any more for the band and made their way towards homes, feeling down, feeling badly...

To Raymond and other songwriters: Can drugs help to create songs?
Raymond,

Yeah! Really hope to see you in Russia again!

Sorry, as far as I know we'll not be going to Russia.
The reason for the gig being delayed the last time was that it was snowing on the Eastern Front - sorry, Moscow

- and the plane was rerouted to Nizhny Novgorod before being able to return to Moscow. Luckily I got so drunk I don't remember anything from this trip and gig
Ray - What would you hail as being your biggest musical achievement?
Which of the 2 electro albums are you the most proud of?
Motion, Space Age and Superdrive.
Musique was marred by some tosser going all nasal

, so I'd have to say Assembly - even if Flickerlight is quite the embarrassment
To anyone: Since we're at it, is the actual title of the song Space Age or Космическая Эра?
"You can still reunite some day....
How about Oct. 3rd?"
[ Mommy ]
Raymond
You hara another type of musica when it separate of ToT ?
=))))))))))))

A Russian mate of mine said that
Космическая Эра is incorrect

, so I'd stick with Space Age.

Nope, I can't see that I would have the time for it. Work takes up too much time and energy.
(to anyone)
Tell please how you all met Nell
Would be also very interesting how you met Liv, but of course you may leave this question without answer if you wish. But it would be interesting.
As far as I can remember Hein knew Nell from before - not sure how, but probably something to do with The Crest.
As for Liv, she was my girlfriend at the time.
To anyone:
Will the upcoming DVD contain one of the live shows of FiTW tour in whole (or maybe the last show in Stavanger)?
and are there any more possible european dates except the last show?
Cheers!
N.
It will be from the Stavanger gig.
As far as I know there aren't any more European dates, bar a few Norwegian ones prior to the Stavanger one.
