Hi, I'm new to this! As I've seen there was a discussion about "...A distance there is" but what I've not been able to find over the net is the mucic score for this song. There is a TAB but I can't find the notes for the piano. I really love this song and I've no experience in music but as they say when there's a will there is a way and I would like to be able to play this song someday!

There's a midi in the downloads section on this page. Import that to a standard notation midi proram and you have your score.

Thanks, I'd already done that but I was getting confused with the different instruments it was interpreting. 2 pianos both for 2 hands play so I was wondering if I could find anywhere the score for just the piano but I guess this will do.
Is it as it seems? Or just a dream within a dream?

I'm hungry...
If you're using cakewalk, you can put different instruments into one staff.

Was anybody able to find the piano notes for a distance there is?

Or, Loreia, were you able to get the notes using that program? If so, can you take a screenshot of them and post them here?

As I just said In my last post, I wasn't complaining, I was saying it is better to bring back old topics than start new ones :?

In answer to what key its in;
* Pulling folder with music off shelf and having every other book fall on me!!! *

I am not an expert, so maybe someone will correct me, but I think it start off in the key of G, changing to the key of F for a few phrases in the middle and then to the key of C for the end.

Maybe Raymond or Lorentz could answer better?
But Love And Darkness Endure.

If your midi transferral program is anything like mine, you will notice that various staffs represent various instruments.. for example, there's one set of notes for the cello, one for vocals, one for piano... you can more than likely remove the cello and vocal sections, thus leaving you with the piano part. You can download the program I used, Notation Software's MidiNotate Trial Version 4.0.9, at http://www.downloads.com

Me.... ...I learned about 75% of the song by ear and then read this and found out I could make sheet music out of midi's :roll: So thanks to everyone who helped in that discovery

thank you recommending that program Schismatica! I have my piano score.

Do you know how I can get rid of the vocals and drums and such? I messed around with the program for a while but could not figure out how.
